Elkesley Neighbourhood Plan

Overview

The Elkesley Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the referendum held on 12 November 2015. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and shall be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area. Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan commenced in mid 2023, as detailed below.

Review: Pre-Submission Draft stage (Summer 2024)

In accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, the Pre-Submission Draft of the reviewed Elkesley Neighbourhood Plan was the subject of public and stakeholder consultation from Friday 23 August until Saturday 12 October 2024.
