Overview
The reviewed Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by Bassetlaw District Council following a successful referendum on 10 October 2024. The reviewed Neighbourhood Plan now replaces the original Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan, adopted in February 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
