Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan

Overview

The Treswell with Cottam Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council, following the Referendum held on 21st February 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area. Work to review the Neighbourhood Plan is currently in progress, and Independent Examination concluded on 31 May 2024, following publication of the Examiner's Report. The report, which recommends a series of modifications and the hosting of a public referendum considering whether to adopt the Plan, will be considered by the District Council at the meeting on 25 July 2024.
