Nether Langwith Neighbourhood Plan

Overview

The Nether Langwith Neighbourhood Area was designated by Bassetlaw District Council in September 2020, and work to develop the Nether Langwith Neighbourhood Plan concluded in March 2024, following independent examination. The Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by Bassetlaw District Council following a successful public referendum on 23 May 2024. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and should be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
