The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) asks that Local Planning Authorities prepare a Local Development Scheme (LDS).
The LDS shows the programme for producing the Local Plan and other planning policy documents.
The latest LDS took effect on 5 May 2022 and is available below:
