Overview
The Tuxford Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the referendum held on 10 November 2016. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and shall be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area.
Initial scoping of a review of the Neighbourhood Plan commended in Autumn 2022 as part of the District Council's involvement in the national Simpler Approach to Neighbourhood Planning pilot. More details about Know your Place: Tuxford are available here.
