Overview
The original Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan was adopted by the District Council on 15 February 2018. The Neighbourhood Plan was subsequently subject to a minor material modification to correct an error, with this version of the Plan being adopted by the District Council on 4 March 2021. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and shall be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area. Work on a more comprehensive review of the Neighbourhood Plan commenced in late 2023.
