Overview
An application for a new joint neighbourhood area, covering the full extent of the parishes of Sturton le Steeple, Bole, and West Burton, was approved by Bassetlaw District Council on 8 December 2022. The production of a neighbourhood plan for this area will be led by Sturton le Steeple Parish Council (the qualifying body). The new designation replaces the previous Sturton Ward Neighbourhood Area, although the existing Sturton Ward Neighbourhood Plan remains valid until any new neighbourhood plans are produced.
