Overview
The Mattersey Neighbourhood Plan was formally 'made' by Bassetlaw District Council following the referendum held on 5 September 2019. The Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory Local Development Plan for Bassetlaw and shall be used when either applying for planning permission or determining planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area.
A minor, non-material amendment was made to the Neighbourhood Plan in December 2019, at the request of Mattersey Parish Council. The original version of the plan has now been replaced in the Supporting Documents section below, and is accompanied by an Explanatory Note, detailing the changes made.
