This Article 4(1) Direction was made on the 15th August 2013, after which, a 6-week consultation was carried out in the affected area and with the relevant external consultees.
Following this, authorisation for the confirmation of the Direction was given at Planning Committee on the 18th December 2013 and the Direction was then formally confirmed on the 19th December 2013.
