Regulation 16 Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)- Draft Charging Schedule consultation process
Bassetlaw District Council has prepared a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule. The Charging Schedule sets out the proposed CIL rates for residential development and A1 retail convenience development in Bassetlaw District in the future. The Charging Schedule identifies the charging zones within which the CIL rates would apply, the type of development that will be considered liable to pay CIL and how the chargeable amount has been calculated.
As part of the Regulation 16 Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)- Draft Charging Schedule consultation process we are inviting you to submit your representations on the contents of the Draft Charging Schedule and its supporting evidence base.
