Many of the Council’s web-based services are currently impacted following a global outage this morning. This includes our phone lines and we are not able to accept calls to our 01909 533533 number. Access to our housing number 0800 590542 is also being affected and we are asking tenants to only report Emergency Repairs at this time. If yu are trying to report an emergency repair and cannot reach our freephone number, please call 07386 756 142.
If you are visiting our offices in Worksop and Retford, please be aware that we cannot currently access your accounts or take payments at this time. We are working to resolve the issues that are within our control and hope to return to a normal service as soon as possible. Please be patient and we apologise for this disruption.
