Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in Housing, Customer Services or a similar discipline or ability to demonstrate working at a similar level. – Priority One
Knowledge
- Knowledge of housing issues, welfare benefits, money advice, tenancy rights and the private rented sector. – Priority One
- Good knowledge of data quality and data protection issues. – Priority Two
Experience
- Experience of carrying out interviews and assessing circumstances. – Priority One
- Experience of working in a housing or support related role – Priority One
Skills
- Ability to input, extract, collate & analyse statistical data in order to produce reports – Priority Two
- Customer focused approach and the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in understandable spoken English – Priority One
- Fully understands their role in the context of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. – Priority Two
