Job title: Repairs Admin Assistant

Key requirements:

Qualifications 

  • 3 GCSE Grade C or above (including Maths or English) or equivalent (Priority 1)
  • NVQ Level 2 Administration/Business (Priority 3)

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of NEC/Console (Priority 3)
  • Knowledge of word/Excel applications (Priority 3)

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with the public (Priority 1)
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite (Priority 1)
  • Collation and analysis of data (Priority 2)
  • Experience of working in a Housing sector (Priority 3)

Skills

  • Excellent Customer Care Skills (Priority 1)
  • Ability to work to target and deadlines (Priority 2)
