Key requirements:
Qualifications
- 3 GCSE Grade C or above (including Maths or English) or equivalent (Priority 1)
- NVQ Level 2 Administration/Business (Priority 3)
Knowledge
- Knowledge of NEC/Console (Priority 3)
- Knowledge of word/Excel applications (Priority 3)
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with the public (Priority 1)
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite (Priority 1)
- Collation and analysis of data (Priority 2)
- Experience of working in a Housing sector (Priority 3)
Skills
- Excellent Customer Care Skills (Priority 1)
- Ability to work to target and deadlines (Priority 2)
