DASH
Bassetlaw District Council is working in partnership with DASH, which is a region-wide accreditation scheme that encourages and rewards good property standards and management practice in the private rented sector.
Any residential landlord who has properties in Bassetlaw can join the scheme and enjoy not only the market advantage it offers, but also briefing sessions on new legislation, resource material and guidance, professional development courses and inclusion on the DASH property database and website.
Bassetlaw District Council wants to help shine a spotlight on the good landlords in our district.
By joining the DASH Scheme you will be able to advertise this logo on your lettings, enabling perspective tenants to identify you as a responsible landlord.
Not only this but we will also help you advertise your properties by providing FREE advertising space in Bassetlaw District Council's Property Shops located in both Worksop and Retford. We can also extend the offer of free advertising on to the council's Choice Based Lettings website, HomeFinder. HomeFinder is a web based internet programme that will allow applicants on the councils housing waiting list to view your properties online helping to improve your chances of finding a tenant - free of charge.
To take advantage of this offer you must be an accredited landlord.
