Markets
Our last full markets for both Retford and Worksop are on the 21st December. Some traders may continue to operate over Christmas week, but markets will return fully the week commencing the 6th of January.
Help for rough sleepers
Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) - Emergency Homes for Rough Sleepers during winter 2024.
The Council want to ensure that no-one is sleeping rough on the streets, and have a legal obligation to provide shelter for rough sleepers when the temperature drops below freezing, this is known as Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP).
