The Priory Shopping Centre can be found in the heart of Worksop town centre, on the main high street.
Home to a mix of high street, national retailers including Sports Direct, Poundland, Select, EE and Costa, as well as a range of quality independent retailers, the centre attracts thousands of visitors each year.
Planning permission has been granted to carry out an extensive £20m refurbishment at the centre with Bassetlaw District Council starting these works imminently.
In 2026 the new and improved shopping centre will also be home to a quality entertainment complex, indoor market and food court.
The ‘popportunity’
Small businesses, market traders, startups, crafters and makers are invited to explore ‘pop up’ opportunities at the centre which have been made available on a meanwhile basis.
This is a low-cost, low-risk introduction to retail to test trade the market.
Whether it’s art, accessories, homeware, jewellery, fashion or crafts - we want to hear from you.
The space

A partial space measuring 3 m x 2 m will be allocated to each retailer sharing the unit and access to the unit will be provided Monday - Saturday opening to the public during core centre opening hours.

The cost
£100 per week.
This is a fixed fee inclusive of rent, rates, service charge and utilities – there are no hidden costs.
The terms
Easy in, easy out! The space will be charged 4 weekly in advance, with either party able to give 4 weeks notice to terminate the agreement.
