Local Statistics

The Local Government Association has produced a series of reports based on the 2011 Census information for each English local authority area at ward level.  The reports cover a range of data that help residents to understand their local community.

The data includes information on:

  • Geography
  • Population density, ethnicity, gender and age profile
  • Housing tenure
  • Employment
  • Educational Achievement
  • Health status

To find out which Profile you need to use for where you live, please type your address/postcode in to the ‘Address’ box on the map. This will then highlight which Ward the address falls into. Alternatively you can zoom in and out on the interactive map to view boundary lines and click on each Ward area.
